great natural sunscreen but it is to thick
Posted by Reviewer3190467 on Nov 14, 2010
is is a pity that this sunscreen is too thick. the ingredients are great..all natural. I wish that this sunscreen is more easier to spread....

I have a very strong yellow undertone in my skin when I tan so the white cast from the zinc oxide is a bit problematic for me. I still like it though (and the barely there smell, very soothing somehow) and I have a little tip to make it less white and hard to spread: prep your skin (or blend) with some shea butter or body oil of your own choice!
Great waterproof protection

Not very easy to apply, leaving a white screen, but unbelievable in protection. Waterproof and long lasting protection. I would suggest it to anyone...
Love the company

It doesn't harm the reef, and the company really listens to their customers - they got rid of the nano zinc oxide. I have combination skin but with 44% humidity here, It just feels very moisturizing rather than oily. However, it's too thick to spread it evenly and I don't want to spend 10 min rubbing in sunscreen before my workouts. I wish they'd come up with a lighter formula in the future.

One of the best sunscreens on the market. But it is a pity that it is too thick. The ingredients are great..all natural. I wish that this sunscreen is more easier to spread....

If you're afraid of cancer causing nano particles, this is your product. Putting on a layer of this makes you look white, but I noticed that you only need a little bit of this since the solution is so thick. Applying badger can be a lot of work, 'cause you have to be careful. The bottle doesn't have a best before - so I'm assuming it's a good investment.
oily but mild

It's quite oily and thick for summer; probably could be used best for winter season. However the product is mild and works great for outddor activities. I use a little amount to apply to my daughter's face. Little ones like it because of its cute mascot animal.
Good but not for strong sun exposure

does not dry out skin, good for sensitive skin prone to dryness but a little greasy. good for use during light-moderate sun exposure but i will not use this sunscreen at the beach or for heavier sun exposure because it will not work. ie. you'll get sun burned.
