This is hard to find, but worth the effort! It DOES need to be toasted but it then becomes very delicious! Reminiscent of Bavarian style rye. I put a little fig spread on it, and it becomes breakfast. Wonderful with Parmesan cheese sprinkled on it, and served with soup.

This is the first gluten free bread that actually tasted good. I ate it with melted cheese and also used it as a bun for a hamburger. I would recommend.

I do not have an electric toster, so I've made french toast instead! Sprinkled it with sugar and cinnamon - very good. Have to be careful - very fragile.

Wonderful taste, the only thing about this bread is it breaks apart very easy, I did get it in the mail broke but it was still worth it.
