Unfortunately it did not make any difference to my feelings of bloat and colic.

I have taken Beano for approximately 3 weeks. Initially I felt it was solving my problem but after 2/3 days the bloating/gas was as bad as ever. As I am intolerant to wheat, amongst many other foods, this could be due to the fact Beano ingredients include wheat which I had not appreciated when purchasing the product! It would be interesting to see if Beano was the answer to all my prayers should wheat be omitted from the ingredients!!

My daughter suffers from Coeliac Disease and is intolerant to fructose, mannitol and fructans. She is also vegetarian. As a result, her diet is extremely restricted. We were elated when we found Beanos on the net(we're from Australia and there is nothing like that here). However, when we received our order we were disappointed to find that mannitol and wheat are amongst the ingredients. My daughter is unable to try the product. Back to the boring diet. Please consider changing the ingredients of Beanos. There are many people like my daughter who have severe food intolerances and who could benefit so much from being able to take an enzyme to at least alleviate some of the symptoms.
