It's a good hi-protein vegetarian meal replacement bar. It's got natural sweetness, it's not as sweet as snickers or mars bars. I like this bar a lot. It's a pity that iHerb does not carry other varieties of Bear Valley bars!

This bar certainly fills me up nicely, and I eat it for breakfast, but it's just too dry to be truly enjoyable.
