my daughter and i both have chronic fatigue and find this really helps with extreme feelings of stress and anxiety. it helps build tolerance to stress(without stimulating adrenals), more than a year of taking it my nerves are much stronger than they were

I prefer this over kava, not as intense and doesn't give me as bad insomnia and memory loss. I use it to instantly calm my nerves and stress, works really well, I'm impressed. I will continue to use this product :)

Sleepy Time

This hasn't calmed my nerves but it sure makes me sleepy. I took some in the middle of my stressed out day and I just wanted to curl up and go to sleep. Save this for insomnia. I will use this next time I'm having trouble sleeping.
