Bluebonnet Chelated Magnesium

I have heard that magnesium glycinate is one of the most beneficial types of magnesium for depression and anxiety. I've noticed some mild calming on a couple of these a day. I'm interested to see how it progresses. I split the dose because magnesium absorbs better if you're not taking too much all at once.
