This seems to help with energy and improves memory a little though I can' quite put my finger on the effects. There seemed to be an increase in energy throughout the body though it's probably subtle.

Wards against illness (Immune boost), gives you more energy..I take it like one of my essential vitamins-2 per day keeps the Bugs away! I an an RN & am constantly around Ill people...I don't get sick when I have these on hand!
