Garbanzo bean flour helps to retain moisture in my G-F rolls and baked goods. It's especially good in cakes. Keep it on hand!

I mix the garbanzo and sorghum flours for most of my gluten free baking.

I like this flour, very finely milled & they put a recipe on each product bag.
so glad we can buy quality commercially ground flour

Of course, grinding yourself would be the freshest.
