great breads, pizza and even cakes, good texture, need lots of water comparing to normal flour. We love it!

But I'll give this product 4 stars as I anticipate this will be good as the Bob's Loq-Carb Bread Mix that I used and absolutely wonderful.

I like that it's low carb, which is the whole point of buying it. It won't give you the same effect as when you use plain or all-purpose flour. Therefore, if using it for some baking, some tweaking is definitely required.

I also use these low carb mixes from bobs red mill to avoid the white flour
Doesn't yield different results from normal flour

I substituted 1 cup of my wholemeal flour with this for my bread loaf and the results turned out exactly the same (or even slightly more risen, due to more vital wheat gluten in this mix compared to wholemeal flour) as normal. Good for those who needs to go on low-carbs diet, but this is a little too pricey to be sustainable.
