It is a nice tasting alternative to wheat flour. But I prefer Edward and Son's.

This is a good product it is a little moister than I thought and sticks together a bit.
Great addition for baking!

I add this to other alternative grains for waffles and muffins, it adds a great taste!

I tried using this flour in cookie recipies and it was dense tasting. I wasn't crazy about the taste but I'm still experimenting.

Adds a nice sweet flavour to cookies etc. - definitely requires more eggs and liquid in the recipe otherwise things get too dry.
