i was really impressed with how fluffy and light these were. so far they've been the closest thing to non G.F. pancakes. Great mix.

This is a great pancake mix, I wasn't expecting much but it's taste surpassed what I imagined.. I would recomend it to anyone..( gluten sensitive or not!!)
