Arnica is great for muscle aches and pains. Prefer this product to aspirin, ibuprofen, etc.

I'm recovering from an old injury that a chiropractor recently discovered. Seems like I've had this injury for ages, that have given me stiff muscles and lactic acid builing up too soon during workouts. Now it seems like I've got more connection with the muscles during movements, and the lactic acid is not a big problem anymore. Though I'll rather continue with a brand that doesn't contain milk sugar.
