I started taking this with the honey to loose weight. Well I have lost 20 lbs. in 43 days. I also feel good and have a lot more energy than I did. It has also helped with my acid reflux. Now I can eat spicy food and don't have to worry about. I would highly recommend this product.

This stuff is great. It helps with fungal issues, it works in a hair rinse, and it helps with digestive issues.

I tried it once until now, 2 teaspoons in a cup of water, I had the symptoms of the body cleaning itself so the quality must be good.

Using this with a bentonite clay powder and it's brilliant with the clay. Have not used it for cooking.

My husband and I both take as directed daily. He takes it to prevent gout flair ups and I take it to control acne. In addition to taking it, twice a day I use it as an atringent. It works wonderfully for both of us.
