I used 45mcg of K2 MQ7 (once daily) for a month prior to trying this K2 (once daily). My teeth are not as smooth and clean feeling compared to when I was using MQ7.

I wish Carlson made this in a lower dose. From what I've read, the daily recommended dose is around 150 mcg. Carlson's dose would probably be great in treating osteoporosis. Although it has been used in even higher doses safely (45 mg and more), I would prefer a smaller dose. Before I did more research, I took this daily for two months and my skin never looked or felt better. I switched to taking it once a week recently, I hope the benefits stay the same.

I love this product. Our entire family uses this since we are on the vitamin k protocol which includes the use of cod liver oil. This product helps keep the gums from bleeding with the cod liver oil.

This form of Vitamin K is supposedly superior to Vitamin K1 in maintaining the health of the bones. I also like the 5mg dosage.
