I take 2 of these a day and it really makes a difference in my hair and nails. I ran out recently and just forgot to order it for a while and it I could sure tell the difference. As I have said in my other reviews of products, Iherb has the best prices anywhere. On some things they are almost 50% less. I am very happy with this product and Iherb.

Studies show it lowers blood sugar levels, and I can testify to that, it also reduces swelling in ankles and feet. I take three tablets a day. Use with multi vitamin B formula like "Stress B".

Recommended for hair thinning. It takes 3 - 6 months to see results . In the 3 weeks that I have taken it I have comments that my hair is looking healthy. Someone close even ask me what I was using. I also take it for my nails. No nail results yet. So now I wait.
