I've almost finished a bottle, and the results have been amazing. Though I may not have lost much pounds-wise, I've seen myself slowly shrinking size-wise. Have to add, I take this and go to the gym too, and I sweat buckets while doing cardio! If you want to see this work even faster then help "burn" it off by excercising. Will definitely buy again.

My personal trainer recommended i take CLA and CoQ10 together once daily. They are obviously not "diet" pills, but do aide in the bodies ability to keep burning fat. After reading the directions on the bottles, i have chosen to take them together with meals. They are very "natural" and good for you. I am 19% body fat and although friends do not think i have "fat" to lose, i know where it's hidden and find that the combination of these two products is safe, economical and works for me. LauraLee

CLA has given me better muscle definition with workouts.
