This is the only whole-food multivitamin which I could find which combines the following requirements: * is only based on food (no artificial vitamins) * does not contain too much of anything (e.g. vitamin B12) * does not contain any adaptogens (no ginseng or rhodiola rosea) * affordable price

I've been taking Realfood Organics daily for a couple months. Pluses include all organic ingredients, an impressive blend of greens/sprouts, and that the vitamins mostly are from an organic food blend. I need to do further research, but I have two concerns which is why I took away a star from my rating: 1) the Vitamin D3 is from Cholecalciferol, which (according to Wikipedia) is produced industrially by the ultraviolet irradiation of 7-dehydrocholesterol extracted from lanolin found in sheep's wool; and (2) other ingredients include maltodextrin and soy fiber.

This formula provides an excellent combination of ingredients to fill in nutritional gaps.
