Best way of minimizing stearate consumption

Posted by Reviewer3168863 on Jul 11, 2013

The two best forms of selenium are either amino acid chelated or yeast-bearing. This product contains the latter form of selenium. Other forms are less easily absorbed by the digestive system. All tablets contain amounts of (arguably) unhealthful stearates, which are present as excipient ingredients. You should want to minimize their consumption. Because this product has such high potency, one can quarter each tab with a razor blade, thereby making a normal adult daily dose of 50 mcg. That also reduces the stearate intake to a bare minimum. Other tablets of 50 mcg dose are relatively large, indicating far larger proportions of stearates. Selenium tabs of lower potency will have a greater proportion of (arguably) unhealthful stearates.

Selenium Order

Posted by 5214859103388763521 on Nov 12, 2014

I was happy with my purchase. The order came very quickly, which was great because my doctor wanted me to start taking this right away. I couldn't find this product anywhere in my town as gluten free. I was happy to find it and received quickley.
