Heartburn

These give me heartburn. It was okay as long as I only took 1-2 capsules but the maximum dose 4 capsules give me a terrible heartburn. The lower dose does not give me more energy, which was why I wanted to try this product in the first place. Sadly a disappointment.

From Ry: I tried this Now Foods Acetyl-L-Carnitine, 500 mg, 100 Vcaps for three (3) consecutive months per recommended dosage without any difference.

I was very excited when I received, so I took 2 in the morning, gave me diarreah all day, felt terrible, then I got home took one more I had a cold for about 2 weeks from when I originally took them, I'm not sure what happened I hate to throw them away, I might try taking just one pill to see if I can slowly ween myself onto them, I just hate to throw these away.

could not sleep
