Bought this for my Husband who has been taking carnipure L- carnitine as I read about the better bioavailability of ALC. He has been taking this in the morning and his usual L-carnitine in the evening (to avoid being too alert at night) but he has told me he did not see or feel any increased in energy or alertness.
