i take this with breakfast and lift weights thrice a week. I've noticed i have more energy even after a hard workout. before i used to feel tired after working out and needed a power nap... not anymore. also i now notice more muscle definition and a more compact frame. my clothes fit more comfortably too. dont take it during the night or you'll feel too energetic to sleep.

Good carnitine, took a capsule on an empty stomach 3 times a day, well interrupts appetite. If you do the fasting days, then it will be easier for him. Taking it on an empty stomach in the morning and in the afternoon, I caught myself thinking that for dinner I ate almost nothing, and I felt fine.
