Many years ago I was diagnosed with a heart beat irregularity, called "premature atrial contractions" (PACs). Subsequent tests showed some "premature ventricular contractions" (PVCs) also. These were usually evident to some degree and I noticed periods where the frequency increased from about one a minute to one about every 8 seconds. I had been taking 60 mg of CoQ10 per day, but when we happened to buy a bottle of 100 mg capsules, after a few weeks, I noticed the frequency of PACs and PVCs noticeably decreased. Since then I have begun taking one of these capsules twice a day, and the issue of PACs and PVCs has reduced to the point where I don't even think about them anymore. I believe this improvement is directly related to the higher dosage of CoQ10.

My pulse was 100 over per minute. I took this for a week and it has slowed down to 80 plus. :) I took 2 caps per day for 1 week and subsequent weeks i change to 1 cap per day.

Haven't been on very long but I think this is working for increasing my energy level. I take it in combination with other products as recommended in BottomLine Books "Health Breakthroughs 2010".

I though I would try the powdered version vs the types that is in oil and I find that I like the effect of the oil version better than the powder...

I read the rave reviews of this product, so i bought it. but i do not notice any effect....or any difference in my health. i haver taken it for 3 weeks.
