Didn't like at all!

I didn't expect these tablets to be GIGANTIC CAPLETS! They were so hard to swallow. I hated them. I took a few and will have to throw out the rest. I ordered the powdered magnesium instead. That was very good. Has a nice lemony flavor.

I read allot of good things about this product. When i started to take these pills i feel reallllly tired. Almost like i was sedated. I have tried a product from solaray before, and i never feelt like this. Guess its normal to feel tired after taking magnesium, but not like this. Will never order again. Maybee i react to some of the ingredients.

My Favorite Magnesium

This magnesium just works the best when compared to the many many magnesium supplements I have taken. I would say my body absorbs it better. Good for muscle energy and relaxation. No diarrhea to speak of. Lesser products at higher dosages can cause diarrhea. If you are trying for that to loosen up the system, then maybe just go with a cheap cheap grocery store brand.

Helps with night cramps

I use NOW brand magnesium citrate in the morning (to help with constipation) and Dr's Best magnesium glycinate (2 capsules) just before bedtime. Most nights I have no cramps, and when I do, they are half the intensity that they were prior to Dr's Best. They take about a week to kick-in.

This seems to be far more effective in eliminating palpitations than any other chelated magnesium I've tried.
