Easy to make, yummy to eat. Takes a little longer to prepare than say 2 minute noodles (about 7 mins in the microwave) but so much healthier.

I find this is slightly better than the Masala Lentil Pilaf, though a bit more spicy.

Decent option for a quick, small lunch. Loses flavor when combined with starch and protein.
