These brownies did bake up well and taste good; however, I did have to add some extra oil because the 1/4 cup of butter as stated in the directions was not enough and the batter was dry and crumbly. The extra oil made the batter much better. I cooked them slightly less than the directions said, also. All in all, good organic brownie without any bad ingredients but nothing overly spectacular about the taste.
Strong Chocolate Flavor

It seems the chocolate is not process with alkali, which is how some people prefer it, so the taste is not of refined chocolate, but not bad.

I have been using this mix for a very long time. I usually add chocolate chips to keep them more moist.

These brownies are wonderful as long as you undercook them a little.....I love the Dr. Oetker products and specifically the chocolate frosting and chocolate cake....actually feels good to my body when I eat it....

I was a little disappointed in this product as it turned out very dry and chewy. The taste was great though. I prefer the chocolate mousse by Dr oetker any day.
Okay, I Guess

The taste is there in this brownie, but they're sort of dry and 'gritty.' Adding icing or a bit of extra oil when mixing may help.

Hard to find natural products like this. If there is a description written in Japanese, it'b awesome! I need the Japanese system of units lika Celsius... Then I'll give them 5 stars.
