On the bottle of this product it says that these herbs have been traditionally used by Opera singers. The main issue with this product is that it has been traditionally taken in the form of tea. To be sure, I contacted Dragon Herbs and they confirmed it. They suggested that the capsules can be poured into hot water to make tea. However, it may take perhaps 5 - 10 of these capsules to make one cup of tea, which makes it wildly expensive. It is questionable what kind of an effect these herbs have on your throat when they don't even touch your throat. I have been taking them together with the Golden Voice tea from another manufacturer, which I also got on iHerb, until I get these herbs in bulk to make a tea.
