Relaxing, energizing, libido enhancer and beauty food...expensive but worth it as a treat sometimes.
Got a bad reaction from this

I strongly suggest you call Dragon Herbs and consult with them before trying this. I have IC and IBS and this did not agree with my constitution and my bladder got irritated and so did my colon. This may be fine for certain people, but check first

These Longan Fruits are so good. We don't eat very many so the last a while but they are really good for you. They aren't as sweet as raisins or dates, more like the sweetness of apricots. They do have a different kind of flavor though. Some say sort of smokey. They are definitely unique but very very good.
REally Love them

I really love the longan berries. They are supposed to help with building blood. And I used to have a handful every day. I guess one has to have them over a long period of time to see a shift in the blood reports especially if the hameoglobin is low. But they are also good additions in salads and other sides.
Unusual and lovely

I eat them with raw unsalted macadamia nuts - it's a wonderfully delicious combination!
