Originally bought this for I and my daughter's underwear as we are both sensitive in that area. It worked okay, but as it is made to be a delicate wash, it didn't do much for the occasional stain. However, it would work wonderfully on non-soiled garments that one wants to wash in a very gentle detergent. It smells fine, but the scent does not last if scent is an issue. It has no petro-chemicals. It was recieved in a timely fashion after order was placed. Everything arrived intact and nothing was spilled.
