use as they are small & thin. I will use them for cocking beans and lentils – seaweed is said to tender them and make them cook faster, bedsides they have a lot of minerals so I guess less salt is needed. They're also very high in folat, has much more than other seaweed.

good price, easy to use. good for thyroid problems, this is the only place I could find this. Also it has no flavor

easy to prepare, tasty in miso and other soups....also tried in tuna salad - delicious.
