Nice flavour & consistency (slightly less thick than other brands I have used) Tastes great with cottage cheese, oatmeal or used as a binding agent & sweetner in my home made protein bars .

The taste of this apple sauce is great, much better than some others i have tried out at a local organic foods/products store. Plus you get lots of vitamins and fiber. Lots of advantages in consuming apple sauce, especially if its organic as this one is. I will be buying again.

It has no added sugar, so the taste is not like regular varieties. However, if you can imagine making your own from fresh apples, this is what you might end up with. I like it.
