this is very finely shredded coconut, it's good but I prefer a less fine grade of coconut next time. thanks

organic coconut...nothing more, nothing less. Finely shredded and a bit on the dry side. If you prefer a flaked, more moist coconut, this isn't it.

This is my favorite coconut. It's very fine the way I like it. I mostly use it in plain yogurt with added chopped walnuts, some frozen fruit and a little stevia.
