Seems like it works, but if you do not have a gallbladder, you need charcoal supplements also.

I have food intolerances to several common foods. When I take this I will still get mild gas, but I don't getting the cramping and diarrhea.

Not sure exactly what this product does for me other than help to keep me regular and to digest properly the foods I eat. Having had severe issues with my colon, this product keeps it on track.

One of the more expensive enzymes, but best quality.

Solid product. Very potent. Wish the price was lower but it is still a good value.

Enzymedica Digest Gold has definitely been the best enzyme product I have used.

I would give it a 5 star but it somehow made me burp a lot at the beginning but it is subsiding so a 5 star it will be if it stops completely.... I love the extra energy I am getting and I am snacking less...
Great for autistic children

I was using a Kirkman product before, for my autistic son. But Kirkman products are incredibly expensive. And I don't like Houston..... I'm sure the products are good, but I don't like the way they tell parents (confused parents who are new to bio-medical treatment of auism) to use their enzymes INSTEAD of a restrictive diet, rather than WITH the restrictive diets. That is counterproductive, highly unethical, and just plain shady! Since I shop at Iherb anyway, I went looking for an alternative to the Kirkman enzymes. I found this product; good quality, made by a good company, comparable to the Kirkman formula, and slightly cheaper. In some ways it is better than Kirkman's because some of the enzymes have a higher potency. However, I would like to see Enzymedica make a product with the PPT (or whatever the stuff is called) and other ingredients that is directly formulated for the needs of people with autism, colitis, Crohn's, and other chronic issues.
