Even textured with no lumps or string. I take an eight-ounce portion of this to work for a mid-morning snack. Warm it slightly and fold in walnuts or some almond pieces, a teaspoon of organic flaxseed oil and a pinch of pumpkin pie spice blend or apple pie spice blend. This food is a salt-free, fiber-laden, low sugar and low glycemic nirvana. It's excellent for curing pre-diabetes or if you want richer, healthier-looking skin tone.

This puree was used in a muffin recipe as well as a substitute for oil in a cake mix and it was wonderful, great flavor, smooth texture.

I love to add this to my dog's dry food, she loves it too. Also great for sweet potato pancakes.

Nice sweet potato flavour. Good for making sweet potato pie.
I now like sweet potato pie more than pumpkin pie

made pie with this at thanksgiving, and it was better than the pumpkin pie!
