A little grainy and not wheat free, but its very good

When I first had a bite, I thought it was too grainy, but this is very good the second time I cooked. It is 4 star because it is grainy and not wheat free, but I had other wheat free pasta and they were not very good... Over all it is not a bad pasta but its different. It tastes very nutty, and its complete protein, so it is nutritionally very good. I ate it with butter sauce with broccoli, and the second time with homemade tomato sauce, and it was much better with tomato sauce. Its a very filling pasta than those of refined wheat version. It cooks only in 4-5 min. I wish it was less grainy.
