Very good seeds! I use them for tea and this package is huge! BTW fennel tea is also good for anti-colic tea for babies.

Bruise 1 teaspoon seeds per 1 cup boiling water - Boil the water and pour over the seeds, steep 15 minutes, strain and drink.
