This is by far the best almond flour I have found! Smooth, light texture, great in all kinds of recipes. I just wish it came in a much larger size!

I use this to make sugarfree marsipan: 3 eggwhites blended with flavored stevia add the whole package of almond flour. Blend well and mould into shape by using f.ex. silicone ice-cube tray (Ikea). Keep in freezer until the same day you serve it. As frozen, you may cover them easily with melted choclate.

Just wish you get more in the bag for the money, one batch of 2 dozen cookies and it is all gone.
