I used the flour to make a gluten free pie crust. It worked well.

i use this when i make breakfast cupcakes. Tastes great and its great for people who is allergic to gluten.

I used this to baking, in marsipan and mixed with yoghurt. It's a great product to use for a lot of things. The taste was lovely too. I will probably buy it again if I don't find and try a similar product that I'll find even better.
The real stuff!

I use this to make sugarfree marsipan: 3 eggwhites blended with flavored stevia add the whole package of almond flour. Blend well and mould into shape by using f.ex. silicone ice-cube tray (Ikea). Keep in freezer until the same day you serve it. As frozen, you may cover them easily with melted choclate.
