I purchase this product all of the time from Whole Foods along with the echinacea/goldenseal for my husband. It really helps the body when fighting off illnesses and to keep one healthy especially during flu season.

Far milder then the alcohol versions. I can actually take this direct from the dropper, with no huge problems. Sure, you can taste the ehinecea, but it is not as harsh as the ones with alcohol.
