Miracle in a bottle

I was having trouble sleeping through the night and was waking up not operating at full capacity, until I tried "Sweet Melissa" This stuff is so tasty. I just mix the required dosage in water and sip it before I go to bed like a "night toddy" and it relaxes me and I sleep soundly. Wish it came in a larger size, but because it is alcohol free it must be used up pretty quickly, which I have "no problem".
