Love this product. Use instead of olive oil for frying because of it's high heat tolerance. Use in place of butter. Delicious!

this product. A bit of getting used to taking a spoonful of pure fat...but, the benefits are phenomenal...the more I read about the healthful qualities of coconut oil!!!

Although there are several great products available, I use Garden of Life almost exclusively. If you want high quality, high integrity stuff, Garden of Life won't let you down. The extra virgin organic coconut oil is really delicious - by itself, as a butter replacement, or in cooking. Treat yourself and enjoy!
