The dogs devour their food since we have been using the Barley Dog as a supplement. Their coats are softer.

My Dogs Like This

My Princess likes to lick it off her food and then whine, hoping that I'll add more, so it must taste good. As for both my dogs, I have seen less "messes" in the yard and that is why I keep buying more - they both have tricky GI systems and tend toward eating grass. The only drawback is the cost - pretty expensive for barley!

easy and convenient

I wanted my dogs to have something green, hoping Rudy would stop eating grass. The jury is still out on that score, but they do love it; and it's a way to give them the nutrients without my having to chop up fresh vegetables for their every meal.
