Relaxing tea

I have not used this product long enough to determine if it helps with sleep, but I do feel it has a calming effect when I drink in the evening.

taste is pretty good, but no calming effect noticed..I won't buy again.

Did not taste of lemon or valerian. In fact, it tasted more like chamomile! Not sure if it helped me ease into sleep but would like to think so as I drank it before going to bed.
