I drink two cups per day, I love the mild taste. Too soon to see results but I know that I feel good afterwords. My only complaint is the number of tea bags, two bags lasts me 10 days. Sometimes I use the same tea bag twice. Might purchase a couple more boxes!

I love this tea, it give me so much energy after I drink it. It allows me to focus more and get things done. If you are ever feeling down, this is the tea that will bring you right back up and apparently it's suppose to be healthy too. I love it!!!!
