I started taking 8mg of Astaxanthin a day and find when I wake up in the morning I'm not stiff and don't ache the way I used to. Great antiozidant, too.

I purchased both astaxanthin and pycnogenol and have been taking them twice daily for the past 30 days. I have not had to take a claritin d since. my nasal passages have been clear. I will continue to take them for that reason!

This product far surpasses my expectations. A chalazion I had on my upper eyelid for over a year began to drain within a week, I have stamina when exercising beyond belief and don't get as easily winded. I've only been taking Astaxanthin for about a month and look forward to any other benefits it can provide.
