I've used the Jarrow Citicoline with good results, easier to recall things and remember phone numbers, etc. Hoping for the same benefit with this brand. I've had much better results with Citicoline than with the Alpha GPC which I've been trying the last couple of months.

I combine citicoline with piracetam and felt great improvements in focus.

Good product,my comprehension is a little better!The main thing of what I like is no cons yet. No regrets in purchasing this product.

my memory seem to have improve slighly after taking this. I remember numbers and perform mathematical calculations in my head faster. No drastic improvement but significant enough to notice.

I do not take this one everyday. It is strong for me and I think sometimes makes me a bit airy. But I am not 100% sure it is from the supplement. I need to test it out more over time.
