I bought this from Iherb as I could not get a similar strength in Australia. My viamin d levels were really low, experiencing severe bone pain and tiredness. Feeling much better within weeks and have had my vitamin d levels tested again recently and they are above normal.No problems with Australian customs, highly recommended.

Vitamin D3 is the single most important supplement -- if you only take one supplement, please choose vitamin D3. It is also very cheap -- $13.49 lasts for almost a year. It alone can help prevent cancer, boost brain function, help prevent diabetes, prevent osteoporosis, protect heart health, and much more. Nearly everyone is chronically deficient in vitamin D. As vitamin D is fat soluble, for better absorption please take it with fat such as HIGH DHA calamari oil (JRW-16018).

Ask anybody (including me) who takes 5000 IU or more vitamin D3 daily whether they get cold/flu. The answer would be “No”.

I had vitamin D deficiency. After taking this supplement for two months, my vitamin D level has sky rocketed. $13.49 lasts almost a year.

During winter I double the dose by taking Healthy Origins, Vitamin D3, 10,000 IU (Product: HOG-15356).
