I make a nice ice tea with Heather's Tummy Care tea bags. Add a bit of honey and it is so good!

Nice soothing tea

I got this along with Heather's Tummy Care Fiber to help with some major bloat I was experiencing. Fennel tastes like licorice which is my favorite. It tastes good but I cannot say about helping the bloat since I dont think it is from IBS. Still, just as a tea it is really nice.

I bought this tea for my boyfriend who suffers greatly with stomach problems and this is a great tea for him to have after he eats, keeps his tummy settled. Great product! Thanks!
