Don't Bite Them!

When I bought these, a friend recommended I take two capsules, bite them open and spit out the empty gel case. I strongly recommend you DON'T do this unless you like having your entire mouth and lips stain orange-brown and the feeling that all moisture has been removed from your mouth for the next hour! Take the capsules whole as directed! Can't say they did much for me.

These small pills have a wide variety of carotenoids in ample supply. I appreciate being able to take just two of these to meet my needs quite nicely.
