The importance of probiotics is universaly recognised. The fact that it contains 5 billion organisms per cap makes the product very competitive and worth buying. I am not sure of the statement that it can be stored out of the refrigerator.

good probiotic for intestinal health and immune regulation. it is somewhat good at helping my digestive issues but still no major relief.

I think the product is ok I have had better but can't seem to find the good stuff anymore without spending a fortune. The best I have found was liquid.
