This product is a must for active people. I do my work out every day and some days I work out twice when I go to my swimming practice or even three times if there are some sports classes (I study sports and healt) that day. I haven't had any cramps or pain in my muscles. Recovering is fast with MSM.

This product really works for improving the texture and growth rate of hair and nails; Makes skin look good too. It dissolves easily in a glass of water and has virtually no taste.
