If you for some reason cannot produce enough bile and have liver problems, this is a great product, according to science, but this is also my personal experience. Helps with constipation. Helps with fatty acid metabolism. Also good for the heart.

Good for the heart and edema. I like the 1000 mg dose as fewer tabs needed. After trying a different brand, this pharmaceutical grade Taurine seems to work much better for me. Highly recommend!!

Taurine for my dog's seizures

All I can say is this product helps lessen the severity and frequency of my dogs epileptic seizures. He is basically healthy and participates on a recreational sleddog team. Taurine really helps and the Jarrow product comes in the right dosage at a reasonable price.
